Directions
7 days on & 3-7 days off. Make sure to keep body properly hydrated during use of this product. Drink amount of fluids that you normally consume on a daily bases. For water loss: Take two (2) capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. Always take 15-20 minutes before eating a meal.
For extreme water loss: Take two (2) capsules 3 times daily 15-20 minutes before meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed more that 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
