The shipping carrier has notified us that they are experiencing delays in processing packages they have received at their facilities. This is due to the increased online orders from the holiday season combined with the impact of COVID-19.
If your package has not been delivered yet and/or the tracking number has no recent updates, don't worry, your package is either being processed at the shipping carrier, or it's in transit and it will be delivered to you.
The tracking links will take longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit. This doesn't mean that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier—the overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centers.
