There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.

ACCESSING YOUR BENEFITS
You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.
Redeeming store credit is easy. Log into your account and choose how much from your available credit you would like to redeem.
Please note that you can not use the store credit in conjunction with store-wide discount offer, BOGO sales, or to purchase Gift Cards.

MANAGING YOUR MEMERSHIP
You can cancel your membership from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team support@fiercepulse.com. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits for the cost of the membership. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period. Any unused credits will expire after 12 months and refunds for partial credits will not be issued.
No, we do not support pausing or skipping your membership at this time. However, you can cancel and rejoin the membership at any time.
