What’s more, a friend is someone you have to be accountable to. After all, it will be much harder to blow off an exercise session if you have made plans to join someone for a workout.

Joining a class is another great way to bring a social aspect to your exercise routine. It will also be hard to blow off a class if you have already registered and paid for it.

Exercising may be boring but kayaking? Mountain climbing? Aerial arts?

Exercise is hard work and it should not go unrewarded. Every time you work out, put a dollar in a jar. After a while you will notice that there is enough money in there to get that dress you always wanted or to spoil yourself with a spa treatment. So how about it? Splurge! You deserve it!
