Many of us want to stay in shape, but we lack the motivation to do so. Much of the reason for the lack of motivation is that most people just don’t find exercising fun. And who can blame them? #5: Exercise Without Realizing It
Exercise doesn’t have to be about running on the treadmill or spinning on a bike for an hour. There are plenty of ways you can get exercise while doing something productive.
Try cleaning the house or working in the garden for a while. That way, you will be getting some much-needed work done around the house while keeping your waistline trim.
